Tricia will email master list of players to Kathy Brown for
website posting.

restrooms and equipment room.

Treasurer’s Report
– Kayla Dungan
We have a CD coming due, will renew at US Bank for 5.3%
(highest rate we could find) for $16,700 and put $78.07 in checking, vote on
and passed. See attached report.
DIRECTOR REPORTS
Fields – Lee Cochran
Field painting went well.
Rick Elliot will paint fields.
Denny Slings said the school’s number one choice for premier
field is the H.A. Lynn Field, and second choice is at Agnes Patterson.
Denny Slings said they will airate the fields at the end of
the season, spray for broad leafs.
Denny will rent a slit seeder and seed fields 2, 3, and 4.
Denny will bill us for the seed and seeder rental, vote on and passed.
Lee Cochran was given approval to have dirt added to fields
1 and 3, vote on and passed. Jared Bazal offered to help obtain black dirt.
Referees – OPEN (Kendall Miller Temporary) –
1st week went well, past out game day notes and
will email to Tricia to forward to Kathy Brown for website posting.
Small Sided – Jason Morgan (No Report)
Restroom and equipment room keys passed out after meeting.
No U-8 or U-10 info yet. U-8 will be with Pella group. U-10
will be with DSM group.
