President’s Report- Sandy Schwarz
Open positions Treasurer, Director of Coaches, President, Secretary, and Director of Marketing.
Good Job Tricia Maher and Kathy Brown on registration.
Proposed coach’s deck of cards with drills for coaches, 1st Sandy, 2nd RJ, motion approved.
Uniform information is on the web site.
Secretary’s Report – Open Position (No report)
Treasurer’s Report – No Report
Registration – Tricia Maher
120+ kids so far, loosing 2 teams in the fall due to football
Placement meeting July 24th
July we will have coaches meeting after regular meeting
Need to get coaches to attend meetings.
Game schedules available August 12. first game August 25/26.
Vice President’s Report- RJ McCarey
In light of investigation and charges the treasure has resigned.
I have verified all balances and checks for the past 2+ months and have found no discrepancies. I do show a $115.25 dollar positive balance on the bank records vs. the checking account due to un-cashed checks that I can not verify who they are because of lack of information. Apparently we do own some referees for the last games of the season and until I have a list they will not be paid.
I have included a preliminary report.
