NASA Board Meeting Minutes

March 26, 2007

Meeting opened at 6:30pm

Minutes were approved – 1^{st Sandy Schwarz and 2nd by Sandy Scotton}

Quorum NOT present

President’s Report- Sandy Schwarz

Thank you to Tracy Adams for researching uniforms and finding web site.

Sandy will make sure web site is updated with this information.

Sandy will work on Menace to set up camp this summer.

Need Volunteers for open positions and replacement of President, Vice President and Treasurer.

Ending balance $41679.16 as of 3-26-2007 with receipts of $948.16 and expenses totaling 0. Difference from prior month $948.16.

Kathy provided CIFI verification from Bank Iowa.

New Address PO Box 238 (Official) Cathy will cancel the other.

Approval: 1st RJ seconded by Lee.

Would like to vote on transfer rules

RJ and Troy will work out registration form for last weekend and RJ will provide copies

New Coaches need to have release forms.

Player cards for new kids are in and will be distributed.

Coaches need to hold player cards for one year.

Club needs to work on transitioning from YMCA program.

Fall season will be on-line registration going to training on Sunday.

Working on Master e-mail list.

Uniroyal soccer promotion made the club $150 and gave away $630 in equipment.

Continuing to work on industrial park lot and provide Lee with contacts.

H2O needs to be turned on.

Things to do going forward:

Schools and Pamphlets for fall.

Scores for U-10 and up need to be posted at GMJSA

Review of registration rates for fall.

Review Referee pay for fall.
